All candidates being considered for employment with Skymax Security Group, must pass through background screening process and must also pass a drug test before they are hired. Then they must complete a basic course of security guard training and obtain North Carolina Security Guard License before they are giving assignments.

Basic Security Requirements:
  * Be at least 18 Years of Age
  * Must have a High School Diploma or GED
  * Be able to pass background check and criminal history check
  * Be able to pass drug screening
  * 5 - year employment background check
  * 3 personal references
  * Must have a valid North Carolina Driver’s License or Identification Card
  * Must be able to speak, read and write in the English Language
  * Must be a United States Citizen or have permanent legal alien status
  * No DWI/DUI convictions within 5 years
  * No domestic violence convictions within 5 years
  * No suspensions of driving privileges in the past 3 years
  * Must have reliable home telephone and (or) cell-phone
  * Must have reliable transportation
